Remember to ask the reception for extra refreshments during your stay, as they won't be automatically replenished.

The location right in the heart of the city.

A wonderful property, fairly clean, marvellous and stunning location close to everything. Absolutely superb and enjoyable breakfast with more veggie options, Barista-made coffee, the cappuccino and great service.

The hotel's unique and playful decor stood out, but the confusing service left a sour note. A lovely surprise treat for my husband's birthday was a highlight.

My Beautiful King Room had a cozy atmosphere, and the bed was super comfy. The location is perfect. I walked everywhere I wanted to go in Copenhagen with ease. One of the highlights was the breakfast spread with a variety of delicious options. A few things could be better. The air conditioning in my room wasn't very strong in mid-September, and I found the room service menu limited. The coffee shop closed earlier than expected, tough to grab a late-night drink. I also noticed a few areas in the hotel felt a bit disorganized, especially during peak times.

The hotel's design is a delight, with quirky decor creating a fun vibe. The location is ideal for exploring the city, while the staff were generally helpful. Some service inconsistencies, particularly regarding housekeeping, diminished the experience somewhat.

Great location and trendy design, but luggage drop-off was tricky for us.

It was just a decent option for a getaway in Copenhagen with excellent value for money. The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating during my whole stay. Bring your own snacks to keep in the mini-fridge since the options are limited.

Unique design elements throughout the hotel.

The housekeeping was inconsistent. I had to request cleaning daily. The reception staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, leading to much frustration . I couldn't believe that the phone in my room rarely worked, forcing me to physically go to the front desk for any assistance.

The superior king room was gorgeous with a unique mix of patterns and textures. The open-plan shower and sink area were a fun touch. Enjoyed some fantastic cocktails too! It's great location near great bars and restaurants.

The hotel has a beautiful and unique design, with cheerful colors and charming touches that create a cute atmosphere. The spacious areas, including a lovely rooftop terrace.

More accessible signage for navigation would be beneficial.

I stayed in a Standard King Room and it was spacious and clean, nice. The decor was quirky and had a cool vibe. The bed was super comfy, and having the free mini bar stocked with drinks was a fun perk. The WiFi worked great too!
